Job description for KOL & Affiliate Specialist at CRSL
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or affiliate marketing.
3. Strong understanding of influencer landscapes, social media trends, and digital campaign strategies.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5. Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple KOLs and affiliators simultaneously.
6. Able to analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports.
7. Proficient in Google Workspace, creative, proactive, and capable of providing strategic insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
8. Target-driven, accountable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and executing KOL and affiliate strategies to support CRSL’s marketing and sales objectives. Identify, approach, negotiate with, and manage KOLs, influencers, and affiliators while building long-term partnerships. Prepare campaign briefs, coordinate deliverables, and monitor content execution to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and timelines. Maintain partnership databases, track campaign performance across reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI, and prepare reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Production teams, manage campaign budgets and administrative documentation, and conduct market research to identify new collaboration opportunities and maximize campaign effectiveness.
