Job description for Kitchen Helper at The Royal Kitchen Bali
Qalifications :
- Minimum education: High School/Vocational School (preferably in Culinary Arts or related field)
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Disciplined, honest, and responsible
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Well-groomed and maintain personal hygiene
Job Description :
- Assist in food preparation (cutting, washing, and preparing ingredients)
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
- Support chefs in cooking processes as instructed
- Store food items properly following FIFO (First In, First Out) standards
- Clean kitchen equipment after use
- Assist in receiving and checking incoming supplies
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors"
