Job description for Key Account Manager (Remote) at Etaily
- Performance Management of our Clients
- nage to maximize GMV with day-to-day collaboration with client and channels
- Customer budget management and P&L execution including reimbursement to deliver agreed GMV, Take Rate, and Profit
- Ensure optimal product presentation and visibility on online channels
- Coordinate with internal cross-function and external parties
- Develop forecasts, monitor progress against key performance indicators, produce insights, analyze data, identify improvement areas, gather market information to achieve objectives
- Work closely with internal departments (tech, operations, marketing) and external parties (clients, marketplaces, third party agencies) to achieve traffic, conversion, average order value & sales targets, troubleshoot and resolve business issues
- BuilManage overall account profitability via P&L management
- Co-develop annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans with Clients
- Ensure all clients and channels are successfully onboarded on time
- Mad strong rapport with clients that include managing relationships with internal and external stakeholder
- Partner Service
- Responsible for client relationship and retain client satisfaction
- Serve as the “face of Etaily” and primary point of contact for client executives and key stakeholders at each assigned account
- Advise clients on how to increase online sales through merchandising, content, promotion planning and marketing activities
- Manage fast-growing e-commerce sales of large brand owners through their own web-store or other online channels and initiative channel
- Ensure that regular reviews are carried out with customers, to ensure that their needs are being met and that excellent customer service is achieved and, develop future improvements/services for the customers
- Identify and anticipate additional opportunities for enhancements, improvements or new services with existing clients
- Works closely with merchandisers to manage clients’ inventory
- Present analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders both client-side and internally
- Other related responsibilities, ad-hoc projects and tasks related to the business needs.
- 3 years++ working experience as account manager in an ecommerce enabler or as brand client managing an ecommerce enabler
- Has deep experience in operating stores in Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak Indonesia. Brand Dotcom knowledge is a plus.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
- Experience working with Data Studio and/or Power BI is a plus

- English Proficient – Knows how to communicate and use the English Language
