Account development strategy
Develop Account’s strategy which is in line with the company expectation about sales growth, space share. Monitoring Trade spending ensures healthy growth Profit included:
Implements action plans to achieve the objectives (volume & financial) for the brand, volume, and financial objectives for the assigned account.
Manages all the daily parameters of customers: promotional planning, budget, sales forecasts, monitoring of 4Ps, penalties, link with customer service, customer audit, etc.
Trade spending planning develop.
Account Business Management
Reports internally the results and manages volume and net sales; performs constant monitoring of the market, products, competition, and Retail strategy
Implements action plans to achieve the objectives (volume & financial) for the brand, volume and financial objectives.
Organizes and leads meetings with the customers and implements a long-term relationship strategy
Field Operation Collaboration
Co-develop and align “tailor-made” operation process to optimum sales growth to assigned Account
Accountable build and align NFOM for monthly sales package including sales target, secondary sales, promotion, supported activities, merchandising.
Accountable to attend monthly meeting chaired by NFOM
Customer Relation Management
BA degree in B.A or Marketing
3-5 years experienced in Sales or Marketing of FMCG or Retail
Good in communication and planning
Strong analytical skill
Strong interpersonal skill and Negotiation skill
Good command of English (both speaking and writing)
Good computer skill (word/excel/ppt)
Integrity and ownership.
