📌KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and support key clients on Amazon/Walmart/TikTokShop US, providing strategic guidance to help them scale their business.
- Manage Clients Account and cooperation with internal teams to optimize listing quality, campaign performance, and overall store management.
- Develop tailored business plans and commercial proposals that align with each client’s goals, covering pricing, product strategy, and promotional execution.
- Provide export advisory services, guiding clients through regulations, logistics, and processes required to sell into markets such as the US, EU,...
- Coordinate with platform representatives from Amazon/Walmart/TikTokShop US; attend industry events and partner workshops to stay ahead of market trends.
- Monitor and analyze performance data, generate insights, and prepare reports for both clients and the Department Manager.

📌JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 6 months of experience in e-commerce operations or business development; experience with Amazon or TikTok Shop is a strong advantage.
- Basic proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Genuine interest in global commerce and Western consumer markets; international education or cultural exposure is a plus.
- Proactive and client-centric approach, with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ownership-driven environment.
● Note: This role does not include a company-provided laptop.
