About This Role

At Firstpage, video content is one of the most important production assets within our clients' growth architecture. Every piece of content we create serves one clear purpose: to stop the scroll and move audiences to take action on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

We are looking for a Junior Videographer & Editor with strong trend awareness and sharp visual taste. This role is designed as an entry-level opportunity for individuals who are passionate about content creation and social media culture.

We value potential, creativity, and content instincts more than years of experience or advanced technical specialization.

We are not looking for cinematic filmmakers or traditional content creators such as wedding videographers. What matters most is your ability to understand the visual language of today's digital audience.

What You'll Do

• Produce short-form video content using smartphones and/or cameras.
• Edit videos using formats and styles that align with current TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.
• Turn raw footage into engaging content with strong hooks within the first three seconds.
• Identify emerging content formats, audio trends, and editing styles, then adapt them to fit different brand contexts.
• Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to execute weekly content plans.

Qualifications

We prioritize candidates based on the following:

1. Visual Taste & Trend Awareness

Strong visual taste and a deep understanding of content trends, especially those relevant to younger audiences. This is our highest priority.

2. Production Skills

Comfortable shooting content using a smartphone. Experience operating cameras is a plus.

3. Editing Skills

Confident using CapCut or similar editing tools. Advanced editing software proficiency is beneficial but not required.

4. Fundamentals

Bachelor's degree from any discipline, ability to work efficiently, and a strong willingness to learn.

Position note: This is a junior role. We select based on potential and taste, not senior skill level.

- Portfolio. Links to your video work via Google Drive, YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram. Content you produce for your personal account is acceptable, as long as it represents your taste and editing style. A portfolio is the first document we assess.
