Job Description
- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across various client accounts.
- Create content calendars and coordinate content schedules based on campaign objectives.
- Develop engaging content ideas and captions aligned with each brand's tone of voice and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with Creative, Strategic, and Account teams to ensure content aligns with campaign direction.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Conduct social media listening, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify content opportunities.
- Support the execution of digital campaigns and ensure timely delivery of social media assets.
- Stay updated on platform updates, content trends, and best practices across social media channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or organizational experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Passionate about social media, digital trends, content creation, and consumer behavior.
- Familiar with content planning, copywriting, and basic social media analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple client accounts.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
