- Develop corporate for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall strategy

- Liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner

- Compile and update employee record (hard and soft copies)
- Facilitate procedures after hiring regarding employee relocation, legal documents
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules, and regulations
- Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by greeting candidates, performing checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts
- Assist Director in performance management procedures
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development.
- Oversee all HR initiative, system and tactics.
- Anticipate and resolve issues that could be litigations risk
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety channels
- Assess candidate to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
- Conduct confidential interview, follow up reference and check credit
- Guide each Divisions in learning to complete job tasks
- Assist people with disabilities in developing social and life skill
- Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training plan
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Supervise the work of HR personel and provide guidance and feedback to promote efficiency----control & coordinate
- Monitor program operations and people to ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standarts
- Coordinate HR project (meeting, training,surveys)
- Report to management, keep record and documentation and prepare appropriate report and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Process documentation and prepare report relating to personel activities (staffing, recruitment,performance evaluations)
- Maintain record of personnel-related data (personal information,data) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR event etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
- Perform orientations, on boarding and update record with new hires
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
