Junior Graphic Designer (motion focus)

I. ABOUT THE ROLE

BrandUp is looking for a Graphic Designer with strong motion design skills and a solid foundation in static graphic design. You will create advertising materials for clients primarily in healthcare and beauty & cosmetics, covering monthly retainer work, multi-format ad assets, and integrated marketing campaigns.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create motion graphics for digital ads, social media, short-form videos, and campaign content.

• Design key visuals, social posts, banners, and other static assets; adapt them across formats, platforms, and placements.

• Turn briefs into storyboards and visual concepts with clear messaging, engaging motion, and consistent brand identity.

• Work closely with Copy, Content, Account, and Creative teammates to deliver quality work on schedule and incorporate feedback.

• Check the accuracy of copy, visuals, and product information before delivery, especially for healthcare content.

• Use AI tools where useful to support ideation, visual exploration, asset preparation, or production efficiency, while reviewing and refining the final output yourself.

III. REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1–2 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (Beauty, Cosmetics and personal care distribution, Healthcare, experience is a plus). Internships, freelance projects, and personal work are welcome.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

• AI Proficiency (Essential): Proven hands-on experience using AI image/video tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway) for content production and ideation

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Gemini/Claude Studio, etc.) to polish AI-generated clips.

• Strong storytelling, editing, and visual communication skills.

• A good eye for layout, color, typography, and movement, with a willingness to learn and improve through feedback.

• Good organization, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.

IV. HR POLICIES:

• Salary: 11,000,000 Gross – 13,000,000 Gross
