Job description for Junior Export-Import (Document Specialist) at PT Sun Logistics

Qualifications:

Minimum D3 (Diploma) in a related field
At least 1 year of experience in export-import / freight forwarding / customs
Familiar with customs regulations & CEISA 4.0 (PIB/PEB)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF)
Detail-oriented, good communication skills, and able to work independently or in a team under pressure
Plus points: English/Mandarin proficiency & customs certification

Responsibilities:

Handle export-import processes and documentation
Monitor shipments and coordinate with related parties
Prepare PIB/PEB and classify HS Code
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Prepare reports and manage administrative tasks
