• Work closely with our account team & social media to understand client needs and objectives, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute to the overall creative direction of the company.
• Work closely with content creators (YouTubers, Tik-Tokers, Vloggers…) to help them to level up the quality of their social content while understanding the monetization model (with fans and brands) & the community’s engagement & gamification processes via our platform.
• Develop creative projects and make key decisions during the projects.
• Monitor the quality of digital assets and creative output.
• Collaborate with other department leads on creative projects.
