JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Actively seek new sales leads and opportunities, including presentations and proposal preparation.
- Coordinate with delivery teams and other departments to ensure project success.
- Act as the main point of contact for problem-solving during project execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally with a focus on IT or outsourcing.
- Excellent verbal, presentation-style, and written communication skills in Japanese (N1 or equivalent).
- Understanding of IT outsourcing services and the Japanese outsourcing market is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
