Job description for IT Support at AiSensum (PT Aisensum Bigdata Analytics)
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of related major
- Basic knowledge in network : LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP, Firewall technologies
- Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
- Knowledge in a broad range of software
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems for any OS
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software computer/laptop issues.
- Known IT Asset management system, understanding of ITIL most preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Provide helpdesk support, including PCs, peripherals, applications, and user account administration
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendor
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of software, hardware, and network
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, etc
- Provide repair solutions if there is damage to the IT assets
- Testing new technology (internal or external developed)
- Analyze the demand for IT needs
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
