Job description for IT Support at Mapan - PT Ruma (Rekan Usaha Mikro Anda)
- Providing technical support to end-users on hardware, software and network related issues
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Monitoring and maintaining network security and ensuring data protection
- Documenting and updating technical support procedures and information
- Maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets
- Collaborating with other IT team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
- 2+ years of experience in IT support role
- Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance and repair
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts and protocols
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
