I. Development and compliance
1. Develop new company website with outsourcing company, company intranet and other system
2. Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
3. Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
4. Ensure compliance of policies, procedures, and regulations (Competition Act, Personal Data Protection Act, Anti-Bribery Act)
II. Managed services support
1. Contact vendors and procure IT software, hardware, network, record vendors’ information
2. Work with Head-quarter IT department, discuss and implement the IT solution
3. Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permission
4. Set up new desktop/laptop; install and configure hardware, software; provide hardware/software user manual and individual training for staff
5. Maintain software and IT related licenses, track the equipment warranties and service renewal before expiry
6. Troubleshoot and manage desktop/laptop, and other IT equipment such as photocopier, printer, telephone, etc.
III. Network/server & voice support
1. 1st level support of SAP, Email System
2. Handle network and system projects (switching, firewall, server) depending on project scope
3. Run regular check on network and data security & Ensure IT security is maintained according to group IT security policy
4. Monthly reporting (Number of call, Number of incidents)
5. Trouble-shooting data back up if job fails or incompletes
1. Other duties to be assigned by Managers
