- Min 5 years of related working experience
- The office hour is following the normal working hour, but the candidates have to be able to stand by for 24 hours
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Deep understanding about system operation, computer, network, PABX, company applications, infrastructure, vendor management, and operational technical support
- Developing, monitoring, and improving the IT Operation framework implementation
- Giving advices and choosing the right technologies, creating technology update plans according to company's needs
- Managing procurements and maximizing the use of resource to support technology development
- Managing quality control of the developed applications to run effectively according to SOP and can be used well
c. IT Facility Evaluation
- Evaluating procedure, hardware, software & utilities, PABX, and network system in order to IT system can run well to support the business process
d. After Migration Management
- Creating finishing plan and performing problem monitoring on the production system (internally and externally)
- Coordinating and reconciling with business partners (between IT division or with internal company)
- Evaluating SOP and leadtime process to be more effective and efficient to handle production system issues after application migration
