Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical delivery teams to ensure that project deliverables meet business objectives and maintain alignment with existing architecture principles
- Establish effective working teams by hiring, training, and mentoring employees in the technical design and delivery function
- Provide early visibility of risks to Program Managers, and Business and IT leadership; help to address
- Coordinate with other IT and Business Leaders to ensure consistency in approach and effective transitions from Business and Program Planning, to Design and Delivery, and into business-as-usual Operations
- Coordinate with Program and Project Managers to ensure planning and management of resources across projects
- Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with outside consultants to expand capacity for delivery in support of technology projects
