- Plays the one important role in Office & Management Support such as Telecom Server, LAN, Wifi, Emailing, Contact, Regular Backup and Security Check.
- Working on Hardware/ Software: Standardize, Assess needs, Purchase, Register, Maintain, Monitor Usage, Trouble-shoot, Maximize, Upgrade, Help Desk & Online Care.
- Be Responsible for DSP Application: Database, System (Software + Hardware+ People), Process/ Procedure.
- Develop and update Internet & Technology Maximizing like managing, monitoring Website, Searching, Video conference, Updating Technology.
- Manage the Company Specialized Applications such as Mail Suite, CRM, WMS...
- Less than one year experience successfully as IT Helpdesk in a multinational organization.
- Requires a degree in computer.
- Good understanding of computer systems (especially Windows, Linux and MacOS), mobile devices.
- Mindset of service, honesty, carefulness, accountability.
- Good English communication is a plus.
