Position: IT Comtor/Helpdesk (Korean)
Level: Middle - Senior
Working times: 0-9:00 AM (Vietnamese timezone) - Freelancer/ Remote fulltime
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Translate documents from Korean to Vietnamese and vice versa, including reports, contracts, internal documents, and other materials.
- Provide interpretation support during meetings, seminars, and important events between partners and internal teams.
- Ensure the accuracy and coherence of translations, aligning with the context and cultural nuances of the languages.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to understand specialized content and maintain high translation quality.
- Manage, process, and archive translated documents systematically.
- Regularly update knowledge of specialized fields and language skills to improve translation quality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Comtor with Korean language.
- Working hours requirement: 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM (Vietnam Time / ICT)
- Bachelor’s degree in Korean Language Studies or related fields.
- Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or higher) and professional-level Vietnamese.
- Experience in supporting and coordinating projects with strong communication skills, agility, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the capacity to handle work pressure.
- Prefer candidates with knowledge in areas such as manufacturing, business, or technical fields.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
