What will you do
- Gather and organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis.
- Analyze earning reports and financial data to produce simple and easy-to-understand reports.
- Respond to and support investor inquiries:
- Answer investor questions.
- Complete investor audit requests, specifically verifying information.
- Support the development of operational procedures and complete related documentation.
- Monitor reports and track project progress.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Operation Director.
Background Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in the finance or investment banking sectors.
- Ability to analyze financial data, and company reports.
- Good in English (focus on writing and reading skills) and native Vietnamese.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- A strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, GSuite, and PowerPoint/Keynote.
