INTERPRETER (English)

LOCATION: Work from Home (Remote, only hiring in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia)

SALARY PACKAGE:

• Monthly: Starting from RM4,800 and above (upon completion of 160 hours per month)

• KPI: 160 hours per month

• Contract: 12-month (Renewable based on performance)

• Full-time position

WORKING OPERATION:

• Time Zone: Malaysia Time

• Working Days: 5 working days, 2 off days (flexible from Monday to Sunday)

• Working Hours: Rotational Night Shift

(Schedule set by the operations team, mandatory adherence to shift times)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Interpreter will translate verbal communication from one language to another and act as a medium for overcoming language barriers. This role requires the ability to manage calls from various industries, including education, healthcare, insurance, banking, and more. The position demands a strong mental capability to handle sensitive subjects effectively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as an Interpreter between diverse people with different voices, accents, speech speeds, and personalities.

• Provide accurate translations of written materials and interpretations of verbal communication.

• Interpret questions, answers, statements, explanations, and other verbal exchanges.

• Complete daily activity logs and other documentation.

• Comply with ethical guidelines and professional standards.

• Strong mental capability to handle sensitive subject matters.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and your native language.

• A stable internet connection and modern equipment (Laptop with webcam and mobile phone).

• Availability to work 160 hours per month.
