Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Research potential clients, industry trends, and target markets to support business growth.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with overseas clients and business partners.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Assist in import/export-related activities, including communication with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers when required.
- Participate in sales meetings, client discussions, and market development initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market insights to the management team.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Business Administration, International Business, Import-Export, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge or prior experience in Import/Export operations is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong willingness to learn, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Career Development:
- Internship duration: 03 months.
- Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to be promoted to a full-time International Sales Executive position upon successful completion of the internship.
