L1 Hardware Engineer

Kualifikasi

1. Pendidikan Minimal Diploma (D3) Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Atau Bidang terkait

2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam pengelolaan Server seperti Hpe, Fujitsu dan Lenovo serta storage seperti storage xp8, hitachi, pure, dan netapp.

3. Memahami konsep dasar infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan operasional sistem.

4. Memiliki pemahaman perbedaan mendasar antara server dan storage.

5. Memiliki pemahaman perbadaan mendasar antara tipe storage (DAS, NAS, dan SAN).

6. Memiliki pemahaman dasar konsep virtualisasi (VM, hypervisor, resource sharing).

7. Memiliki pemahaman sistem operasi seperti Linux dan Windows.

8. Memiliki kemampuan membaca dan menganalisis log sistem menjadi nilai tambah.

9. Memiliki kemampuan analisa metik untuk mendukung troubleshooting insiden lintas dominan menjadi nilai tambah.

10. Pernah mengikuti training atau memiliki sertifikat HPE Product Certified – Data Center dan Storage atau NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) Clustered Data ONTAP, atau Pure Storage Certified Associate, atau Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS), atau Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), atau Microsoft Certified Windows Server, atau VMWare Certified Professional (VCP).
