About the role
Hepmil Creators’ Network (HCN) is a social commerce-focused MCN agency connecting brands with top creators across Southeast Asia. We develop creator-driven campaigns that combine storytelling, social-first content, and commerce performance.
We are looking for an Influencer Partnership Executive who is passionate about building creator ecosystems and developing long-term influencer relationships. This role goes beyond simple KOL booking — you will play a key role in identifying, nurturing, and scaling creators into long-term partners, trainers, and community ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, approach, and onboard potential creators (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube...) aligned with campaign and platform strategy
● Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring long-term collaboration and retention
● Develop selected creators into higher-value partners (key creators → trainers → ambassadors for
community groups)
● Support in building and managing creator communities, including engagement, activation, and growth
initiatives
● Collaborate with internal teams (Account, Creative, Strategy) to align influencer direction with campaign
objectives and IMC plans
● Research market trends, creator performance, and competitor activities to propose new influencer
strategies
● Support execution of influencer campaigns, including briefing, coordination, and performance tracking
● Contribute ideas to improve creator quality, content direction, and scalability of influencer network
Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Social/Community roles or similar
● Strong understanding of social platforms (especially TikTok) and creator ecosystem
● Experience in working with KOLs/KOCs or building communities is a strong advantage
● Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
● Proactive mindset with ability to independently plan and execute tasks
● Interest in content, creator growth, and community development
