Job description:
INNO is looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who has a good sense of content & branding to guide and manage creator deliverables, and a sales-driven mindset to grow a strong affiliate community. Your goal is to work with KOL/KOCs to build brand awareness while directly increasing our sales.
• Influencer Sourcing & Networking: Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified TikTok KOLs/KOCs, affiliates, and creators to support sales growth and brand awareness.
• End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage the full collaboration campaign, including briefing, negotiation (fees/commissions), contract execution, timeline tracking, and budget management for all influencer bookings.
• Content Direction & Production: Oversee creator content production to ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and sales direction.
• Affiliate Community Development: Build and manage affiliate communities across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Facebook, and other social commerce channels to maximize conversion and long-term partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Partner closely with E-commerce and Content teams to integrate influencer activities into monthly campaigns, product launches, livestreams, and sales pushes.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track and consolidate campaign performance based on KPIs (GMV, ROI, content quality, creator effectiveness) and propose data-driven optimizations for influencer selection and content strategy.
• Support other marketing, campaign coordination, and tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/CEO.
Requirement:
• 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL/KOC booking, affiliate marketing, or social commerce.
• Experience working with creators, KOLs/KOCs, MCNs, or agencies; beauty, skincare, beauty tech, lifestyle, or service industry experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok Shop, and Shopee affiliate/social commerce ecosystems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and multitasking skills; able to manage timelines and follow up closely.
• Basic reporting skills using Google Sheets/Excel; proactive, data-minded, sales-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
