Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan min. S1 jurusan Teknik Industri atau Teknik Mesin
Mempunyai pengalaman min. 2 tahun di bidang manufaktur atau bidang terkait
Memahami prinsip-prinsip Lean Manufacturing, Perancangan Proses, Manajemen Proyek, serta Peningkatan dan Inovasi Proses Bisnis
Berpengalaman dengan sistem ERP dan mahir mengoperasikan CAD dan Ms. Office
Memiliki pemikiran analitis dan logis yang kuat
Bersedia bekerja dengan deadline
Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan koordinasi lintas departemen

Tanggung jawab:

Melakukan studi waktu standar produksi dengan menindaklanjuti kurva pembelajaran model baru, membuat dan mengoptimalkan instruksi kerja, mengoptimalkan sumber daya manusia, meningkatkan tingkat keseimbangan lini
Menganalisis dan mengoptimalkan alokasi sumber daya untuk tenaga kerja, material, dan peralatan untuk efisiensi produksi
Menganalisis data produksi dan logistik
Mengindentifikasi dan menerapkan inisiatif penghematan biaya secara keseluruhan, melakukan standarisasi pembelian, evaluasi pembelian, standarisasi barang bekas, dan perbaikan proyek
Mengendalikan biaya produksi secara keseluruhan untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas produksi dengan melakukan perbaikan proyek dan koordinasi lintas departemen
