Job description for IMPORT SPECIALIST - MANDARIN SPEAKER at PT. Mitra Sinar Kedumas
We are looking for individuals who are fluent in Mandarin (MANDATORY) to join our team as Mandarin Speaker Import Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing import activities and communication with international partners.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably majoring in Chinese Literature, Logistics, or Economics.
- Conversational in Mandarin, both spoken and written
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure independently and in a team, and multitasking skills.
Nice to have
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in import/logistics is preferred.
- Knowledge of import processes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written with HSK 4 equivalent or above
Job Description
- Communicate with suppliers/manufacturers from China using Mandarin.
- Manage import documents, such as invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and others.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of customs documents according to the regulations.
- Coordinate with Shipping Agent or Forwarder regarding the shipping process.
- Monitor the delivery schedule of goods until they arrive at the warehouse.
- Overcome obstacles related to the import process and negotiate prices or contracts with suppliers.
