JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant is working under supervision of Sales Manager & CM to coordiate with other departments to complete paper work requesting by oversea customers/internal. Following shipment or any further inquiries if any.
Export 70%
- Coordinate with supplier to take care of Purchase Order to follow up including packing instruction, delivery time and other special note as guided by the Manager.
- From time to time, they will also be responsible for completing tasks assigned by the Manager.
Import 30%
- Supporting Category Manager (Import) Conduct weekly/ monthly report
- Helping with the administration work of the team to settle matters with respect to order, shipment and payment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduate majoring Import/Export.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Honest, careful and detail-oriented
WORKING TIME:
Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:30
WORKING LOCATION:
Lot B, Song Hanh Street, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City
