Job Description:
- Export
- Receive orders from customers and make documents (invoice, packing list, contract, COA)
- Contact forwarder to book vessel at the request of the customer
- Notify the shipment schedule for the warehouse department and update to the system
- Coordinate with forwarder for opening declaration, B/L, C/O, VGM, container packing list
- Follow the process of delivery of the warehouse
- Send documents to customers
- Update and save export data
- Import
- Work with suppliers to complete the set of documents (invoice, packing list, contract, B/L, C/O, and other required documents)
- Work with forwarder for import procedures
- Notify the import schedule for the warehouse department
- Update and store imported data
- Purchasing
- Check the remaining quantity of raw materials in stock and make a purchase plan.
- For available suppliers: check prices, make orders, submit to the manager for approval, and send to suppliers
- For new items: find suppliers, get quotes, submit to the manager to select the right supplier and good prices, place orders, prepare necessary documents to import goods (if any)
- Notify warehouse schedule delivery
Experience/ Skill Requirements:
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred Work Experience: 06 months - 1 year
- Proficient in English (Listening/Speaking/Writing)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be Eligible to Work in Vietnam
General Information
- Probation Period: 2 months
- Allowance Benefits Effective Immediately
- Office Location: Thao Dien, Thu Duc City, HCMC
- Factory Location: Long Khanh City, Dong Nai Province
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri (08:00 am - 05:00 pm) & Every Other Saturday (08:00 am - 12:00 pm)
