- Work on behalf of the company to create awareness, grow market share and create a compelling experience that steers customers towards signing up and retention.
- Manage overall activation of the company strategies in owned and third party channels, search engines and other e-Marketing vehicles.
- Develop a periodical Social Media Roll-Out Plan with content creation for current and would-be clients, with targeted messaging that is relevant, personalized by segments, and engaging.
- Assists the company in optimizing Paid Search performance, engages external agencies for supplemental paid search efforts if needed.
- Regularly audits content, images and star ratings on Meta search sites.
- Assures that the company website SEO is fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines.
- Identifies the company specific online and offline activation needs (eg., local channels to focus marketing efforts through).
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing
- 2-3 years of experience in leadership position
- Strong understanding of the local and foreign market audience for both B2B and B2C.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess and analyse data
- Proven ability to cultivate virality innovation, risk-taking and leading change as well as keeping up with new trends.
- Adaptable and versatile to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Self-driven with strong attention to detail
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
