- Respond, acknowledge, and question the client’s needs and requirements for processing with the other departments, coordinating with Procurement Officers until the fulfillment of a request.
- Periodic follow-up with clients on request status according to company standards.
- Propose solutions or alternative options to uncommon requests that do not lie within our key services.
- Identify client’s preferences, repeat requests, LTV, and propose notes to management for their approval before status adjustments on CRM profiles.
- Constant updates on the CRM software, as soon as there is new information, follow-up notification, or actionable items.
- Willing to work above and beyond the key responsibilities
- College or university degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales B2B, sales B2C or relevant field.
- English communication.
- A mild, timid temperament
- Clear and concise communication
- Exhibits high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrates strong personal organization and time management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
