Job Overview
The HR & Admin Manager reports to the Head of HR/Finance and is responsible for supporting the growth of SourceSage's talent through talent retention, talent recruitment, talent recognition, talent rewards and other HR management and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of HR in the recruitment process for local hiring needs
- Assist in ensuring HR compliance & protocols in local teams
- Manage and keep track of third-party contracts and partnerships, vendor and supplier management relevant to HR
- Assist in pre-empting, identifying, resolving and documenting HR issues
- Suggest and Implement ideas and strategies for local employee engagement activities
- Assist Head of HR and respective team leads to facilitate Performance Management and Talent Development strategies
- Assist in local payroll, AR/AP administration when needed
Requirements:
- Able to finish tasks in one-third of a time which most people will take
- At least 2 years HR operations and/or AR/AP experience
- Familiarity in infotech, talent recruitment platforms
- Familiarity in XERO, AR/AP is a huge bonus
- Familiarity in local HR processes and administration
- High sense of integrity, maturity, professional prudence, and diligence in handling confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Independent, detailed-oriented, self-starter and organized person
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-cultural colleagues and the environment
- Experienced in startups is a bonus
