Job description for Human Resources Manager at Glints
- Manage (build, guide, develop and lead) a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Associates and People Operations Generalists to deliver on team outcomes, closely supported by a team of Assistant Managers
- Drive team productivity and results through a focus on process and operational excellence, and manage the local implementation of regional HR systems and processes
- Lead the team in making quality hires for Glints Indonesia in a timely manner
- Be a trusted HR Business Partner (HRBP) - a strategic partner and consultant to relevant senior stakeholders
- Assist with regional projects as needed

- Min. 5 years of experience in Human Resources including in-house talent acquisition, with experience in leading teams
- A good command of English (spoken and written)
- A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
- Highly adaptable and personally organised
- Process- and systems-oriented
- Good understanding of Indonesia Local employment compliance
