Job description for Human Resources Generalist at Go Mobile
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Country Manager and key stakeholders in departments to ensure strategic access, operational and best practice advice on a range of HR within the business
- Maintain employee relations climate and advise line managers on all aspects of organizational design, including: changes to structures, job roles, reporting lines, process improvements, role eliminations, productivity, effectiveness, morale, and team spirit among employees. etc.
- Remain up to date with HR best practices both generally and in relevant business sectors
- When recruiting, ensure that high performance and high potential candidates are attracted to the business and provide timely and up-to-date advice
- Support and challenge senior managers to change their thinking and hone their leadership skills
- Interpret people metrics and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations
- Liaise with Finance on the budgeting and forecasting of headcount cost and all HR activities
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment marketing/sourcing strategy to attract high-quality candidates
- Review the staff handbook and the staff benefits/welfare: propose and implement improvements to be in line with the market
- Lead all activities related Performance Management locally such annual evaluations and on-going talent development programs.
- Assist in developing and delivering learning solutions tailored for our business units
- Implement a structured reward and recognition framework across the business, ensuring that pay rates within your business areas remain competitive and enable us to continue attracting the best talent
- Design and embed improved on-boarding processes across the business and work with your business areas to ensure induction processes are continually reviewed and improved
- Maintain asset management and provide the best supply for all employees.
- 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist and HRBP
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a startup environment
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English (both Fluent or strong professional working proficiency)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Ability to work well with a team across multiple departments – people-oriented
- Ideally someone from an established start-up would be one avenue to explore
- Someone who can adapt and grow as the business continues to expand and diversify
