Job description for Human Resources Generalist Intern (Jabodetabek Area) at RariaMedia Group
The Work You’ll Do:
1. Design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various positions in the company according to current needs.
2. Evaluate employee performance based on the designed KPIs.
3. Design Human Resources (HR) development programs to improve employee competencies.
4. Design and implement recruitment processes according to company needs.
5. Initiate and manage employee engagement activities.
Qualification:
1. Active students majoring in Psychology, Sociology, Management, or related fields who are not currently undergoing KKN or similar activities that spend more than 5 hours of work per day.
2.Domiciled in Jabodetabek
3. Have good analytical skills, managerial understanding, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Able to work effectively to meet deadlines.
5. Willing to complete internship program from July – December 2026 or August 2026 – January 2027 with online system (Work from Anywhere) depends on the results of the selection process.
6. Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
