JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Process
• Developing and driving sourcing and recruitment strategies to ensure requirements are delivered within acceptable timelines
• Implementing various sourcing techniques to identify high-quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost-effective manner such as but not limited to cold-calling, internet, research firms, user groups
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Coordinating with the hiring managers in line with the recruitment requirements
• Overseeing the entire end-to-end recruitment operations
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Administer and process HR-related documentation
2. Employee Management:
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team-building activities
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Administer compensation and benefit plans
3. Policy Development and Implementation
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local labor laws.
4. Other Responsibilities
• Support the Senior Group HR Manager in special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Other tasks assigned by Line-Manager
Qualifications:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar field
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude for problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
• Additional HR training will be a plus
