- Act as a mediator between each employees, our BoDs, and the central HR team for every operational-related issues
- Monitor every employee's performance on daily until monthly basis
- Monitor organizational activities happened in business unit
- Assist BoDs in making the most effective organization development strategies, KPI setting, and policies based on business needs
- Act as a representative of the central HR team in the business unit
- Analyze employee performance data and conduct the calculation of bonus and allowance based on the data
- Analyze organizational and business unit needs
- Record, investigate, communicate, and escalate every issues to respective parties
- A people-oriented person; with outgoing, cheerful, communicative and easy going personality
- Able to work in a fast paced work environment, preferably has experience in start-up company
- Bachelor's degree or higher from Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or similar major are preferred
- Experienced in all spectrum of human resources matter (generalist) min. 2 years
- Maximum age preferably 30 years old
