Roles & Responsibilities:
· Review and ensure compliance with human resource policies, procedures and management guidelines for day-to-day HR operations and administrations
· Manage end to end recruitment process from preparing creation, selection process to onboarding
· Support manpower planning for projects, payroll and overtime administration
· Assist in employee contracts renewal and administration
· Facilitate standardization and alignment of HR processes, training, implementation, improvement and change management (within head office and off site operators)
· Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision
· Handle confidential matters with discretion
· Education Background S1 Legal, Psychology, Administrative or equivalent.
· Minimum prior 3 years experience
· Experience as HR within services industry preferred (eg. EPC, Recruiting agency, Consultancy, Construction, etc.)
· Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
· Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
· High discipline and demonstrates expertise in problem resolution
· Attention to detail and good judgement
· Understanding labor laws
· Experienced in managing employment for more than 100 people
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
· Proficient in both professional level of Bahasa Indonesia and English Language
