We are looking for Human Resource Supervisor for our portfolio in Risk Management Company with responsibilities and experiences on below :
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process
- Overseeing the company's human resources activities, including but not limited to payroll, compensation and benefits, culture management, company events and recruitment
- In charge of maintaining the company's human capital budget
- Ensuring compliance with the labour regulations
- Ideate improvement initiatives for human capital processes
- Identifying and aiding in initial discussions for potential clients or partners
Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as a human resources.
- Having experience in early-stage start-ups is an advantage.
- Outgoing, able to develop network with other startups and have knowledge of the startup industry/player
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies, systems and legal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team
