Job description for Human Resource (HR) Administrator at Kobe Global Technologies Pte Ltd
- Assist in recruitment process (posting jobs on portals, screening through resumes)
- Lead the 1st round of interview with candidates
- Lead recruitment drives in schools (presentations)
- Draft employment contracts
- Apply and/or renew employment passes when required
- Assist in orientation, onboarding and off boarding
- Set up of accounts and accesses for new joiners
- Assist in updating and implementing existing HR Policies
- Prepare yearly appraisal documents
- Organize Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, bonding and awards
- Source for grants relating to HR (PCP, traineeships, etc)
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Minimum ITE/Diploma (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Good command in conversational and written English
