This role report to the Human Resource Manager of the organization and is responsible for the following:
· Manage Work Pass application, appeal, renewal and cancellation
· Process monthly payroll and statutory related submissions (e.g. CPF, Income Tax)
· Administer Work Injury Compensation, MOM reporting, insurance claim, etc
· Organise employee communication platforms and activities
· Identify training and development needs of employees, coordinate for training arrangement and training grant submission
· Ensure timely update of employees’ database, proper filing system and smooth office administration
· Manage Staff Personal File (p-file/electronic p-file)
· Monitor staff confirmation and medical insurance member insertion/deletion
· Manage Productivity Solutions Grant submission
· Manage all Covid related matters and claim such as Quarantine Order submission
· Assist in ISO Audit preparation
· Handle staff onboarding/offboarding & staff orientation
· Act as a checker on work done by HR & Admin Team
· Administer new project preparation
· Prepare relevant reports for Management review
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
· Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Management is preferred
· Preferably 3 years in relevant HR administration role
· Well versed with Singapore Employment Act and labour legislation
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Strong interpersonal skills to work with key decision makers and various levels of employees
· Payroll processing background will be an added advantage
· Able to work under pressure and meet datelines
· Hands-on individual with strong IT and coordination skills
· Positive and “Can do” working attitude
