Job description for HRGA Officer at PT Karoten Asia Pasifik

We are currently hiring an HRGA Officer to support our HR operations and general affairs functions in creating an efficient and well-organized work environment.

About the Role

As an HRGA Officer, you will manage HR operations, internal communication, recruitment processes, employee lifecycle activities, asset management, and training initiatives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments.

Your Role:

  • Oversee internal communication to ensure effective information flow
  • Maintain and update HR databases (personnel, attendance, leave records)
  • Manage HR documents, scheduling, and administrative requests
  • Support HR projects and employee engagement initiatives
  • Evaluate employee benefit programs and recommend improvements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Develop and update SOPs to ensure compliance
  • Oversee office asset administration and conduct stock opname
  • Act as PIC for office supply inventory (incoming & outgoing goods)
  • Supervise maintenance of QC equipment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HRGA
  • Develop and implement training and development programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HRGA
  • Experienced in onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Familiar with asset management and stock opname
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and relevant tools

Working Details:

  • Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Work location: Pulomas, East Jakarta
