Tugas & Tanggung-Jawab :

  • Mengelola administrasi HRD dan data karyawan.
  • Mengelola absensi, cuti, dan payroll karyawan.
  • Membantu proses recrutiment karyawan.
  • Mendukung operasional harian divisi HRD.

Kualifikasi :

  • Wanita usia 23 - 28 tahun.
  • Pendidikan D3 jurusan terkait, pengalaman di bidang HRD minimal 2 tahun.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office dan aplikasi perkantoran.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
  • Teliti, disiplin, jujur, dan mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu.
  • Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan menjadi nilai tambah.
