We're Hiring: HR Generalist
Yayasan Pendidikan Avicenna is looking for an HR Generalist to join our Human Capital team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Support Organization Development initiatives, including performance management, competency development, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate learning & development programs and training activities.
- Handle HR administration, employee relations, and HR data reporting.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are implemented effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Officer.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, Organization Development (OD), performance management, and learning & development.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
