RESPONSIBILITY
1. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Operations
- Manage employee records, labor contracts, and employment documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, payroll validation, and supporting documentation.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and related initiatives.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve payroll accuracy and operational efficiency.
2. Statutory Compliance
- Manage SHUI, PIT, and other statutory processes in compliance with labor and tax regulations.
- Support employees on tax and insurance matters.
- Monitor regulatory changes and proactively address compliance risks.
3. Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics
- Support headcount planning, salary budgeting, and workforce cost management.
- Prepare accurate HR, payroll, and labor cost reports to support business decisions.
4. Systems & Process Improvement
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and effective system utilization.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
5. Employee Support & Offboarding
- Manage offboarding processes in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on payroll, compensation, benefits, and related policies.
6. Collaboration & Team Support
- Coordinate C&B activities to ensure smooth execution and compliance with timelines.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and cross-functional HR initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably with payroll operations.
- Good knowledge of Vietnam labor regulations, including SHUI and PIT.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, and data accuracy management.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and large dataset management) and experience with HR/payroll systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or digital solutions that improve HR and payroll efficiency is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- High ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, Finance, and business teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
