Job description for HR Recruitment at PT Miranda Moda Indonesia
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications as well as taking initial interviews
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements aligned with user
- Perform reference checks as needed and facilitate the hiring process
- Manage onboarding and new hire processStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices as well as ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Taking other initiatives and activities supporting people activation program
- Minimum Education is D3
- Experience in HR Recruitment for minimum 2 years
- Max 27 years old
