- Design and develop effective organization structure to help people to achieve the organizational targets
- Design and manage employee engagement & happiness program.
- Develop, implement, and maintain company competencies for all roles and levels
- Build a healthy succession pipelines
- Design, develop, and manage the strategies and framework of Performance Appraisal to evaluate and motivate employees objectively and fairly.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and overall organizational effectiveness
- Involve in measuring the impact of interventions on people performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction
- Work with stakeholders to deliver company values to employees and make sure the message is delivered to all employee
- Proven ability to juggle a high volume of concurrent activities and work to deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders
