Human Resources Officer:
- Manage payroll administration, employee attendance, leave, overtime, and maintain accurate HR records.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and employment contract administration.
- Administer performance management by monitoring KPIs, coordinating performance evaluations, and supporting employee development initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, employee files, official letters, and other HR administrative activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle employee relations by resolving workplace conflicts, supporting disciplinary processes, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Generate HR reports and provide administrative support to ensure efficient and effective human resource operations.
