HR Marketing Executive

I. What you’ll do

• Organize employee engagement activities: Monthly Gatherings, Team Building, Company Trips, Mini-games, Sports, etc.
• Lead and energize after-work activities, encouraging participation in company sports clubs (Badminton, Football, Trekking...)
• Host and lead company events with a dynamic presence, ensuring high energy and engagement
• Connect employees through HR warm-ups, lunch gatherings, one-on-one meetings...
• Communicate internal announcements via Microsoft Teams, Company Portal, Email
• Support Welcome Newcomers, Birthdays, Outstanding Employees, Training & Sharing Sessions
• Join company leadership in attending external events such as Business Clubs, Enterprise Forums, and Job Fairs
• Build and maintain partnerships to enhance employer branding and networking
• Ensure a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns promptly
• Assist in implementing Employee Engagement policies and initiatives

II. What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations or related fields
• 2-3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communication
• Energetic, dynamic, and passionate about people engagement & community building
• Proven experience as an event host or facilitator, with the ability to energize and engage audiences
• Advantageous to have experience in a tech company environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Photoshop
• Hands-on experience in content creation and internal communication
• Good command of English (written & spoken)
• Proactive, creative, fast learner, and able to work independently & in teams

Working Time: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday (Lunch break 1.5 hours).
