Job Description:

Membantu proses recruitment (posting lowongan, screening CV, mengatur jadwal interview)
Membantu administrasi HR seperti absensi, kontrak, dan database karyawan
Membantu pelaksanaan training dan onboarding karyawan baru
Mendukung kegiatan internal HR lainnya

Qualifications:

Mahasiswa/i aktif semester akhir atau fresh graduate dari jurusan Psikologi, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait
Memiliki minat di bidang Human Resources
Mampu bekerja secara teliti, rapi, dan terorganisir
Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office
Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik, inisiatif tinggi serta mampu membangun hubungan yang positif
